Welcome to Apex Specialty Coatings where our management team makes a special effort to ensure your project remains on schedule, smoothly and efficiently. We specialize in protecting your building envelope with the most current waterproofing techniques while using products that set the highest standards for both quality and durability with the support of superior suppliers and manufactures.  

With a combined 65 years of waterproofing experience, we have the knowledge to protect your building! At Apex Specialty Coatings our team members remain up to date on all industry changes and informed of the latest code changes, and industry developments through active involvement in the major trade groups, attendance to seminars and training courses. All of our Apex Specialty Coatings associates are certified in each of the coatings and waterproofing systems they apply. 

We work with Evergreen Certified, LLC and other Hers raters on many of the Energy Star and LEED projects being build in the Seattle area and have completed over ten passive houses in the area. We work seamlessly with General Contractors, Property Managers, Owners, Consultants and Architects to complete your Building Envelope needs!
